Premium version provides more cushioning with its thick gel layer. Attachment ties included. Both Standard and Premium fit 18"W wheelchairs.

allows support to be placed on the right or left side. May be extended safely to an additional 6" for a longer leg. Extension also useful for children wearing fixed leg braces. Easily secures to wheelchair frame. Seat 16"D. Extension pad 10"D.
