Portion of the anti-thrust cushion with lower height is placed at back of wheelchair seat. The wheelchair user's legs drape over the higher portion of the anti-thrust cushion. We recommend this item for men as an alternative to the pommel cushion. Easily secures to the wheelchair with safety ties.
