Add a specially configured 2" thick AliMed Polyfoam or T-Foam Combo Cushion (1" high-density foam topped with 1" Medium T-Foam) that clears the crossbars. Sewn. Vinyl construction. Drop seat fits both 16" and 18"W x 16"D wheelchairs.
