Turnbuckle with triangular-shaped grip easily adjusts with splint in place for optimal positioning. Rigid Kydex splint shell is hinged at the knee, with the turnbuckle connecting the thigh and calf portions. Use for knee contractures from 45º flexion to 10º hyperextension. Pads are terrycloth-lined for comfort. Fits left or right knee. Must be used under a physician's supervision.
