This app was developed from the hugely-popular Buddy Bear software and storybook series. Each story teaches nine concepts and develops early communication and language skills.

Speech-language pathologists and education professionals appreciate its specialized learning format for children with autism spectrum disorders and developmental delays, including:

The program has five interactive stories. The stories match the content of the Autism & PDD Concepts Interactive Software and 5-Book Set. The stories and some of the concepts they present are:

• What Shape Is It, Becca Bunny? square, triangle, oval, and more
• What Time Is It, Becca Bunny? early, morning, afternoon, dinnertime, and more
• How Many, Becca Bunny? how many, a lot, some, all, and numbers 1 through 5
• How Does Becca Bunny Feel? happy, scared, excited, mad, and more
• Where Are They Hiding, Becca Bunny? under, beside, inside, behind, and more

The app has 45 interactive screens for skill mastery in:

• concepts of time, position, emotion, shapes, and number
• joint attention and reciprocating in communication

Once you start the app, tap on one of the five stories. Touch the back, forward, and repeat arrows for easy screen navigation. Children choose the correct answer with an easy one-touch response. A randomization feature can be turned on/off.
