BAPS (Biomechanical Ankle Platform System) produces controlled, calibrated, predictable stress on lower leg, ankle, and foot. Functional progressions include ROM, rotational, and speed stress, resistive weight training, non-, partial-, full-, and overload-weight-bearing, early rehabilitation and conditioning, and functional stability. Simultaneously develops strength, endurance, ROM, balance, coordination, and proprioception. System includes platform, five hemispherical attachments, two weight rods, four 2.5-lb. weight plates, and a wall mount. Optional (sold separately) blocks specific planes of motion on any BAPS, and the durable (sold separately) protects the BAPS and helps prevent slipping.
