The patented design allows the muscles to expand and contract naturally to create a give-and-take cushioning effect within the lower body. Slippery floor surface often cause slips, trips and falls. Anti-slip footwear does address anti-fatigue issues or may be uncomfortable. ErgoMates achieved a slip resistance rating, independently tested, of .45 on quarry tile contaminated with oil and water.
