keep surgical breast and multiple core biopsy specimens in a closed container with fixed orientation for efficient imaging, transporting, and identifying of biopsies. Sealable plastic container contains a radio-opaque, alpha/numeric grid for accurate orientation. Once sealed, the specimen is compressed onto the grid, keeping it stationary and ready for transport. Clamshell design compresses larger specimens for improved image contrast and contains specimen fluids. Available in three grid patterns: Style A, B, or C. 12 per box.

Processing steps:
1. Biopsy tissue is placed in GRID-VIEW container.
2. Container is delivered to Radiology for confirmation image.
3. GRID-VIEW container with biopsy is delivered undisturbed to pathology with X-ray image.
4. Specimen is compared with X-ray image by pathologist for isolation of suspect tissue or calcifications.
